If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you ordered, please feel free to return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
However, returned item(s) must fulfil the conditions listed below:

1. The item(s) must be unopened, in new and unused condition.
   
2. The item(s) must be packed in the way that we pack it.
   
3. No any missing or damaged part(s)

If any of the above condition(s) is/are violated, your returning request will not be accepted. Please contact us for further information if you still want to return it to us.
Please note that all shipping and handling cost will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all these costs.
Restocking fee of 20% will be applied to returned orders.

Returning procedures:

1. Send returning request e-mail to support@rcpowersupply.com including your login name, invoice number and reason of returning.
   
2. According to the actual situation, our support team staff will inspect the conditions and then confirm and reply you with further instructions.
