Q1: How do I place an order?

Our shopping cart system is very user-friendly. You can enjoy shopping here by following the simple steps listed below:

  1. Choose your favour items in our categories and add them to your cart by clicking "Add to cart" or "Buy now" buttons.
  2. Click "View cart" to check for the list of items you selected. You can add or delete items as you like in this page.
  3. If everything is OK, click "Checkout" button and follow the instructions to choose the shipping address and suitable shipping method as well as payment method.
  4. After you have completed the above steps, you will receive an invoice notification e-mail which clearly shows the details of your order.
  5. You can check your order status by clicking "Orders history" after you have logged in our website.

Q2: Why I cannot receive any email after the ordering process is completed?

Our online shopping system will always send you an invoice notification e-mail to your registered e-mail address in your account profile. If you do not receive any invoice notification e-mail from us, please check whether your registered e-mail address is correct or not.
Junk-mail filtering programs may sometimes filter out your useful e-mail, please check whether the e-mail is filtered into your junk-mail box or not
If problem still exists, please contact us as soon as possible. Our support team will check it for you immediately.

Q3: How long will RCPowerSupply.com process my order?

After the checkout process is completed, you will receive an invoice notification email immediately showing the detail of your order. Afterwards, when your payment is received, we will ship the item to you within 2 working days by your selected shipping method.

Q4: What should I pay for other than the cost of items selected?

The shipping cost will be fully paid by the buyer. Amount of shipping cost depends on which shipping method you have selected. Please check the Shipping methods page for details.
Buyer only needs to pay for the cost of item and the shipping cost, no any other surcharge is needed.

Please send a request email to order@rcpowersupply.com with the Brand Name, Part Number and any other information of those item(s). We will process your order as soon as possible.
We will check the availability of the item(s) as soon as possible and reply you by email. If the item(s) you ordered is available, we will email you further instructions.

Q9: What is Order status?

Order status shows the status of the items you have ordered. There are totally 7 status:

  1. Not finished
    If the checkout process or the payment process is stopped due to some reasons, the order status in this order will be "Not finshed".
  2. Queued
    If you select wire transfer as the payment method and complete the checkout process, the order status will be "Queued" --- That means waiting for payment.
  3. Processed
    If you complete the checkout process and also the payment process successfully, the order status will be "Processed" --- That means your item(s) will be shipped to you within 2 working days.
  4. Backordered
    If you have completed the checkout process and also the payment process but the item(s) is out of stock, the order status will be "Backordered" --- That means once the item(s) is available, we will ship the item(s) to you immediately.
  5. Declined
    If we find any order with some problems that cannot be solved, we will decline this order by setting its order status to "Declined".
  6. Failed
    This status is similar to "Not Finished" but it only happens when you use WorldPay payment method with unsuccessful transaction.
  7. Completed
    After your item(s) is shipped, the order status will be "Completed".

Q10: What currency does RCPowerSupply.com accept?

We accept US dollar only. The EURO prices shown beside US dollars are only for reference. All prices are calculated base on the US dollars.

To minimize the risk of damage during delivery, we will wrap the products with thick shock-absorbing materials and shipped with a strong card box.
