How do I place an order?

is completed?
Our online shopping system will always send you an invoice notification e-mail
to your registered e-mail address in your account profile. If you do not receive
any invoice notification e-mail from us, please check whether your registered
e-mail address is correct or not.
Junk-mail filtering programs may sometimes filter out your useful e-mail, please check whether the e-mail is filtered into your junk-mail box or not

What is Order status?
Order status shows the status of the items you have ordered. There are totally
7 status:
- Not finished
If the checkout process or the payment process is stopped due to some reasons, the order status in this order will be "Not finshed".
- Queued
If you select wire transfer as the payment method and complete the checkout process, the order status will be "Queued" --- That means waiting for payment.
- Processed
If you complete the checkout process and also the payment process successfully, the order status will be "Processed" --- That means your item(s) will be shipped to you within 2 working days.
- Backordered
If you have completed the checkout process and also the payment process but the item(s) is out of stock, the order status will be "Backordered" --- That means once the item(s) is available, we will ship the item(s) to you immediately.
- Declined
If we find any order with some problems that cannot be solved, we will decline this order by setting its order status to "Declined".
- Failed
This status is similar to "Not Finished" but it only happens when you use WorldPay payment method with unsuccessful transaction.
- Completed
After your item(s) is shipped, the order status will be "Completed".
You can check your order status in your profile after logged in.
